Ordering and payment

When an order is submitted, you will receive an invoice. Unless otherwise agreed upon, this invoice must be paid before we process your order. Once the payment is received, we will begin processing your order and prepare it for transport. Due to the complexity of packing ductwork, shipping will be billed separately, and a second invoice will be sent.

Yes, you may request changes to your order. However, any changes made after the initial invoice has been paid may affect the production timeline and result in additional charges. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss any modifications.

We accept payment by invoice only. The details of how to pay will be provided on the invoice you receive after placing an order.

Shipping costs vary depending on the size and complexity of the order. Once your order is packed, we will calculate the shipping cost and send a separate invoice for the shipping charges.
